Eligibility for Returns

Online Purchases

  • Products purchased through our online platform are eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Once a return request is approved, a pickup will be arranged to collect the item.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received at our store.

All returned items will undergo a quality inspection to ensure they meet our return standards. Refunds or exchanges will be approved only if the product passes this quality check.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the customer’s original payment method or account within 7 working days after successful inspection.

Wrong Item Delivered

  • Any discrepancy (wrong or damaged item) must be reported to our customer support team immediately upon receiving the delivery.
  • After verification, customers may choose either a replacement or a refund, provided:
    • The item meets return eligibility criteria
    • The product is returned in its original, unused condition with packaging intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or opened products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items not returned in original packaging and condition
